David Rokisky

David Rokisky is the owner of D&C Financial Services, an accounting and tax firm in old town Erie. His professional background includes accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, payroll, budgeting, and helping organizations create strong financial systems. As Treasurer of CO-Create Erie, David brings practical financial experience to the board. He is focused on helping the makerspace build a solid financial foundation, maintain accurate records, develop realistic budgets, and plan for long-term growth. He also enjoys taking complicated financial or operational issues and turning them into clear, manageable steps. David has always enjoyed working with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations. He understands how valuable it can be to have a place where people can share ideas, learn new skills, use tools and equipment they may not otherwise have access to, and turn an idea into something real. He is investing his time in CO-Create Erie because he believes the makerspace can become an important resource for the entire community. It can provide opportunities for students, artists, hobbyists, tradespeople, inventors, and local business owners to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. David is excited to help create a sustainable organization that supports creativity, education, entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning in Erie for years to come.
